A stronger Jefferson Parish is built through meaningful investments in the communities we call home.Through initiatives like the revitalization of Fat City, where more than 200 trees were planted and public murals helped beautify the neighborhood, and efforts in Woodmere focused on neighborhood improvements, public safety, and community engagement, Jefferson Community Foundation has helped bring positive change to communities across our parish.By working alongside local organizations and community partners, JCF continues to support initiatives that enhance quality of life and create lasting opportunities for residents.Because strengthening our community means investing in its future.#JeffersonCommunityFoundation #JeffersonParish #CommunityRevitalization #strength ...
