The Jefferson Community Foundation (JCF) partners with nonprofit organizations to create lasting, positive change in Jefferson Parish. Through a collaborative and competitive grantmaking process, we invest in programs that address our community’s most pressing needs.

Eligibility

Grant applications are accepted from qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations serving Jefferson Parish. Grants are not awarded to individuals.

Review Process

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed and scored quarterly by the Committee. Funding recommendations are then presented to the Board of Directors for final approval. Grant decisions are based on community impact, organizational capacity, alignment with JCF’s strategic priorities, and available funding.

Please note: Grant funding is limited and our grantmaking process is highly competitive, so we are unable to fund every worthy initiative.
