The Jefferson Community Foundation, Jefferson Business Council, and Jefferson Chamber of Commerce are requesting donations of musical instruments or monetary donations to purchase instruments for the Jefferson Parish Public School System (JPPSS). Unfortunately, during Hurricane Ida, hundreds of musical instruments were damaged or destroyed, impacting JPPSS bands and musical training classes.

Please make any tax deductible donation payable to the Jefferson Community Foundation marked “Band Instruments” and mail to: 3908 Veterans Blvd., Suite A, Metairie, LA 70002 or DONATE ONLINE.

Donations of musical instruments can be dropped off at the following locations:
